Backend Developer

Role Overview:

We're seeking experienced Backend Developers eager to transition into the crypto space. You'll leverage your existing backend expertise while receiving dedicated internal training in Go and blockchain fundamentals. You will work directly with international clients, building backend solutions for innovative Web3 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage in our internal training program to master Go and crypto/blockchain concepts.
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and client teams.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1 level).
Curiosity and willingness to learn Go and specialize in blockchain/crypto technologies.
Proven professional experience in backend software development (typically 3+ years).
Solid experience with at least one modern backend language (e.g., Go, PHP, Rust, Java, Python, C#, Node.js).
Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage your tasks
Good communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency with Git version control.
Based in Poland, preferably in Warsaw (hybrid work possible but on-site preferred).

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Prior experience with Go or Rust.
Experience with containerization (Docker) and/or orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Basic understanding of blockchain concepts.
