Junior Project Manager

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector
• Experience as a Project Manager in the outsourcing sector is nice to have
• Ability to work with tools supporting teamwork
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum/Agile methodology
• Ability to acquire knowledge quickly
• Very good presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with the team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take responsibility for the tasks realization and high-quality assurance
• Effective communication skills (related to both task realization and progress reporting)
• Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Higher Education in the fields of information technologies or project management
• Nice to have experience in Embedded development
• Experience using JIRA
• Understanding of V-model

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and manage project execution from initiation to the delivery phase
• Provide a high quality the delivery level
• Manage project changes, efforts and risks proactively
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide appropriate reports in a timely manner
• Gather and process customer feedback
• Participation in activities, in order to the building project team in cooperation with the customer
• Work with Scrum Master to have excellent project execution
