Lead Developer (.NET Core/ASP.NET)

Work Location & Contract Details

• Fully remote (European time zone only)
• B2B contract (160-168h/month)
• Up to 25k PLN gross (depends on experience)
• 18 days of paid leave, 7 paid sick days

Your Tech Stack & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Provide technical direction & mentorship to a skilled development team.
• Work with stakeholders to define technical requirements & project goals.

Development & Architecture

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using C#, .NET, and React.
• Ensure seamless integration with Azure cloud services.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA teams.
• Engage with DevOps Engineers to implement automation and performance optimization.

Who We’re Looking For

Required Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in C# (.NET Core/ASP.NET)
• Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage)
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases

Development Best Practices

• Clean code, design patterns, unit testing, version control (Git)
• Agile/Scrum experience

Qualifications & Soft Skills

• 7+ years in software development (3+ years in a lead/manager role)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or similar
• Strong English communication skills
• Decision-making, teamwork, & leadership abilities
• Azure certification (nice to have)
