Mid IT Project Manager [automotive]

We are looking for IT Project Manager who would like to join one of the leading financial services providers in the automotive sector around the world. The company offers a wide range of services and products, from leasing for business and personal use to leasing with guaranteed future value for businesses and consumers, to short-term rental, loans and factoring. Today the company employs over 75 people, organized into three main pillars: Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Finance with a strong focus on customer needs. The organization’s fast and successful growth is primarily driven by a strong leadership culture and highly competent associates.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects/project portfolio/releases and changes related to software development (using both traditional and Agile methodologies, e.g. Kanban, Scrum)
• Participation and support in defining and prioritization of project requirements and tasks
• Communication with local and international project teams and project/release stakeholders including Top Management
• Preparation, organization and conducting of project meetings, including SteerCo meetings
• Coordination and support of UAT and regression testing
• Coordination/management of IT vendors
• Tracking and managing unforeseen events using incident management tools

Our requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as IT Project Manager
• Profound knowledge of Agile PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Xray)
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• IT technical background and overall IT expertise
• Excellent (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving skills, “can do” attitude
• University Degree (Major) in IT (or comparable)
• Practical and proactive approach
• Analytical and process-oriented approach with the ability to define priorities
• Ability to work both self-organized and as a team player
• Fluent Polish and advanced English (minimum B2, C1 preferred), oral and written
